The chairman of the Public Services Commission tells Virgin Islands Water and Power Authority (WAPA) officials that their delays are costing ratepayers millions. A class action lawsuit has been filed against WAPA, alleging they knowingly installed a faulty smart meter system (also, read Tom Eader's feature on the lawsuit on newsfeed.wtjx.org). Listen to these stories and more.
