Michael Canton was raised on St. Croix, leaving to earn his engineering degrees from Brown and Carnegie Mellon then making Pittsburgh his home. He recently retired as a project manager from Westinghouse Electric Company, a major power technology and construction firm of 10,000 employees. Using his distinctive voice and passion for music, he began to produce and host The Soul Show on WYEP-FM Pittsburgh, one of the country's most respected independent music stations.
