On today’s WTJX Radio NewsFeed: WAPA leadership and Public Services Commission Chairman Pedro Williams clashed over his request to submit the names of the utility’s bid evaluation team on its $200 million propane supply contract. Police arrested a third suspect in connection with a shooting that occurred outside Four Winds Plaza on St. Thomas in October. Lawmakers voted to hold a measure that would allocate $400,000 from the Tourism Advertising Revolving Fund to digitize the Virgin Islands Taxicab Commission, with officials citing the need for an alternate funding source.
