On today’s WTJX Radio NewsFeed: Residents and visitors gathered at the Rudolph Schulterbrandt Agriculture Complex for the 54th Annual Agriculture and Food Fair. A 21-year-old St. Croix man has pleaded guilty in federal court to possession of marijuana with intent to distribute following the discovery of more than six kilograms in his luggage at the Henry E. Rohlsen Airport. Acting Governor Tregenza Roach announced the extension of the Tax Amnesty Program deadline to Monday, February 23rd, giving taxpayers the weekend to prepare in order to take advantage of the program. Governor Albert Bryan Jr. is in Washington, D.C., this week attending the National Governors Association Winter Meeting and a Department of the Interior insular areas session. Marcellina Ventura-Douglas is the Radio News Reporter for WTJX-FM, 93.1.&nbsp;She was born and raised on the island of St. Croix, where her grandfather founded&nbsp;the&nbsp;historic&nbsp;newspaper, The&nbsp;St. Croix Avis.&nbsp;Marcellina earned her&nbsp;bachelor’s degree in criminal justice&nbsp;from the University of the Virgin Islands,&nbsp;also&nbsp;working in the office of Senator Shawn-Michael Malone while she attended school.&nbsp;After leaving Malone's office,&nbsp;Marcellina&nbsp;went on to serve as program director of Vivid Streaming before working for the Virgin Islands National Guard as a Family Assistance Center Specialist from 2017 to 2018, where she supported service members and their families following Hurricanes Irma and Maria.&nbsp;She then joined WTJX-TV, Channel 12 as a producer, but was soon&nbsp;tapped to switch to WTJX-FM to deliver local evening news through the WTJX NewsFeed, airing every weekday at 5:00 pm on 93.1 FM and available on demand, wherever you get your&nbsp;podcasts.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;<br/>Email: mvdouglas@wtjx.org<br/>Phone: (340) 474-1682
