On today’s WTJX Radio NewsFeed: Defense attorneys for Davidson and Sasha Charlemagne are seeking permission to file a motion to dismiss the couple’s federal fraud charges under seal, alleging prosecutorial misconduct and excessive pretrial publicity has deprived them of a fair trial before jury selection begins.

Utility problems disrupted the start of the school day across the St. Thomas/St. John District, and WAPA says additional overnight work at the propane terminal is planned for this evening.

Attorneys for convicted former OMB Director Jenifer O’Neal are challenging the government’s opposition to her release, arguing prosecutors are applying the wrong legal standard and that her appeal presents substantial questions for the Third Circuit.
