On today’s WTJX Radio NewsFeed: The fatal shooting on Sunday of 29-year-old Ricardo Richards on St. Croix comes roughly six weeks after he was released from custody following the dismissal of a double-murder case that had been pending against him for four years.

Nearly 12 years after construction began, the Paul E. Joseph Stadium now has a December 31 completion target, but unfinished work and the project's history of missed deadlines are drawing skepticism from lawmakers.

Governor Albert Bryan Jr. is calling for talks between the USVI, BVI and federal officials in Washington as concerns continue over BVI licensing rules affecting Virgin Islands maritime operators.
