On today’s WTJX Radio NewsFeed: Despite used needles, blood vials and other medical waste found overflowing behind the Governor Juan F. Luis Hospital, the hospital maintains it follows “established procedures for collecting, securing, storing, and preparing medical waste for disposal.”

A generator fire has forced Divi Carina Bay Resort and Casino on St. Croix to close its hotel and move guests elsewhere, as the casino continues operating on a backup generator.

And police have arrested Kaden Durand for the murder of 23-year-old Asani Henry, who was shot to death in the Hospital Ground area on St. Thomas in June.
