After being cited and fined in November 2025 for operating outside its approved business license, Attorney Kevin Rames, counsel for Prosperity Farm Distillery, defended the company’s operations before lawmakers, arguing its distilling, tastings, and events fall within the territory’s agro-tourism and agricultural processing laws.
