Eligibility to apply for parole is determined by the terms of an inmate’s sentence and the requirements of the Virgin Islands parole statute (Virgin Islands Code, Title 5, Sections 4601–4606). The Bureau of Corrections says appearance on this list does not guarantee that parole will be granted or that a hearing will take place as scheduled.

Even if eligible, no inmate may be granted parole unless recommended by the director of the Bureau of Corrections. The date of release, if parole is granted, is also subject to additional conditions — including approval by the State Council of Interstate Compact for the Supervision of Adult Offenders when applicable — which may delay an inmate’s release.

This agenda is subject to change.
