On today’s WTJX Radio NewsFeed: We speak with our Chief Reporter Tom Eader following a pretrial conference in the case against former Police Commissioner Ray Martinez and OMB Director Jenifer O’Neal. Prosecutors are also opposing a motion that would allow Martinez’s defense attorneys to present government witness David Whitaker’s old convictions at trial. A loaded firearm was found today during a random search at Charlotte Amalie High School. A St. Croix man has been sentenced to 18 months in federal prison after threatening Customs and Border Protection officers during a secondary inspection last year at the Henry E. Rohlsen Airport.
