On today’s WTJX Radio NewsFeed: A town hall meeting held by Senator Clifford Joseph, Sr. on St. Thomas drew strong pushback from gun owners who argued that a proposed firearm regulation amendment unfairly targets law-abiding residents instead of focusing on illegal weapons and long-standing enforcement failures. A federal judge has issued a pretrial ruling in the corruption case involving former Police Commissioner Ray Martinez and former Budget Director Jenifer O’Neal, allowing the defense limited use of witness David Whitaker’s criminal history. Police on St. Thomas made two arrests over the weekend in separate cases involving property damage and assault. Listen to these stories and more.
