On today’s WTJX Radio NewsFeed: After a preliminary investigation, the Virgin Islands Police Department says it does not suspect foul play in the death of a 72-year-old man, whose body was found this morning floating off Protestant Cay, where Hotel on the Cay is located. Governor Albert Bryan Jr. delivered his final State of the Territory Address last night, saying the territory was anchored in progress. We take a look at some key topics covered in his speech.
