On today’s WTJX Radio NewsFeed: Students at St. Croix’s John H. Woodson Junior High School will be relocated to the Eulalie Rivera PreK-8 School campus beginning this summer, triggering a broader redistricting on the island. Early this morning, while a school bus was actively engaged in student transport, a young student was hit by a vehicle. We get the latest information from the Virgin Islands Police Department, and speak with the Office of Highway Safety about school bus safety protocols and school zone regulations. And territorial leaders celebrate Southwest Airlines’ inaugural flight into St. Thomas’ Cyril E. King airport. Listen to these stories and more.

Isabelle Teare is a new member of the WTJX team. She is a recent graduate of Columbia University’s Graduate School of Journalism, where she specialized in radio broadcast and audio storytelling.
