On today’s WTJX Radio NewsFeed: Delegate to Congress Stacey Plaskett is condemning the removal of historical markers from the territory's national parks, calling the move an attempt to erase key parts of the territory’s history and urging their restoration. The Virgin Islands Waste Management Authority is inviting St. John residents to a town hall meeting tomorrow to discuss new convenience centers, trash cart standardization, fees, and efforts to combat illegal dumping. St. Croix residents attended a Port Authority meeting to weigh in on plans for a waterfront master plan, raising concerns that development must address the broader needs of the town, not just the shoreline. Officials are encouraging the public to complete an online survey to help shape the project’s direction. Listen to these stories and more.
